Garden flat is a short walk from Hampstead village where you’ll find shops, boutiques, romantic fine dining restaurants, bars, pubs and many many more. Conveniently there are many transport links to London central and surrounding areas, taking only about 30 minutes. The area is residential popular with all ages for its tranquility and peace but also trendiness and lots of quirky places. Hampstead is one of the most popular and upmarket neighbourhoods in London.

The space

Garden Flat is accessed through a side pathway which leads round the house to the garden patio. It opens up into a corridor with access to all the rooms, including a floor-to-ceiling utility cupboard and the bathroom.

The bedroom is to the right, overlooking a sunken front porch which lets in bright sunlight and is set back from the road to maintain its tranquility. It has a king size bed and there is also space for a travel cot or single air bed.
The main lounge with modern fitted-kitchen, breakfast bar and small dinning area lead left from the hallway, and have direct access to the peaceful seclusion of the garden patio. There is a 3 seater sofa, armchair and a coffee table. This room can be also accommodate a spare air bed if needed for third guest.

Guest access

Guests can use the entire flat and the garden patio, including the private side pathway. The front garden of the house is a shared space.
