Our Journey
We invest primarily in residential property, with assets grown organically over decades.
With the onset of increased regulation and the rapid changes in the political environment in UK & Europe, there are opportunities that the group can position itself to substantially leverage for income growth, then invest to enable a burgeoning community of UK entrepreneurs to drive new growth and social disruption in positive ways, yet to be fully determined in the 21st century world economy.
We represent investors from diverse local communities in the UK, who want to drive the potential for innovation in the property and technology arenas in the United Kingdom.

Although we are are a small team, linked by virtual technology, we have over 100 years of investing experience, but we are grounded in working with people in the local areas that we invest in.
We represent communities of investors in each of the strategic areas that we invest in, who buy dozens of properties every month, and partner with major players in the UK Private Rented Sector.
