Two bedroom south facing duplex penthouse in ever popular Elviria. Very bright, cool, spacious and fully equipped. Stunning sea views from downstairs balcony and roof terrace. The space

Duplex penthouse apartment situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building and accessed with a lift or staircase.

At the bottom level there is kitchen and utility room to the right. The ensuite master bedroom is down the corridor. There is also guest shower room in the corridor. To the left is the living room with fireplace and balcony.
The top floor is accessed via spiral staircase in the living room. On the top floor there is the penthouse suite with shower room, balcony and large roof terrace.

Other things to note

There is a Premier Convenience store which is opened from 8am to 8pm every day at the top of the street and a Post office to the other end of the street.

There are a couple of grocery shops in the vicinity but if you need to shop for a week there is Aldi at the East End Retail Park on Daleside road which also has other shops and a Costa Coffee shop. It is 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.

Other options are Lidl on Carlton road and M&S Foodhall both within a short drive distance. Please check online maps for directions.

The house is 26 minutes walk from the Nottingham Railway Station and the Nottingham University is a half an hour walk.

Kitchen and bathroom sundries will help you to settle in nice and easy but please replenish them for the next guests!

Other things to note

White Pearl Beach is one of the first developments in Elviria. It is very popular with older generations. Young families are starting to buy holiday homes now as it truly is one of the best locations here in Marbella. There are lots of older residents who live here so it is important that you behave respectfully.

Also please note, this is our second home, everything there is very special to us. Please try to treat our place as if it was your own and always follow rules and guidelines posted here under Description and Home manual.

We are very friendly and want you to have a memorable holiday. If you need help (e.g. you have no hot water) we can’t help you if we don’t know about it. So do let us know as soon as possible if you’re not happy with something because some things will take time to deal with.
